Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, misprinted, or wrong product

  • The item is in unused condition with original packaging

  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Books that have been read, marked, folded, or damaged by the customer

  • Custom-ordered or personalized books

  • Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, etc.)

  • Discounted or clearance items


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at malwaz.india@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return

  2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)

  3. Our team will review and guide you through the process


4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received back:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be made to the original payment method

  • If paid via COD, we’ll require your bank details for refund transfer


5. Exchange Option

If available, we may offer product exchange instead of a refund for:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged during transit


6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged book), we’ll bear the return shipping cost

  • If it’s a customer-initiated return, shipping charges are non-refundable


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, the order can only go through the return process
