1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, misprinted, or wrong product

The item is in unused condition with original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

Books that have been read, marked, folded, or damaged by the customer

Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, etc.)

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Attach clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)

4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received back:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be made to the original payment method

If paid via COD, we’ll require your bank details for refund transfer
5. Exchange Option
If available, we may offer product exchange instead of a refund for:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged during transit
6. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged book), we’ll bear the return shipping cost

If it’s a customer-initiated return, shipping charges are non-refundable
7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

Once shipped, the order can only go through the return process
